Made fresh to order, all foods are prepared in our central kitchen, smoked in our Ole Hickory Smoking pits, moved to our cooler chill room and then refreshed in our steam thermalizer, ready for take-out or delivery.
And although we specialize in catering, you are more than welcome to drop by “Q” today and try a delicious hot meal from our self-serve food bar, or one of our “Big Meat Sandwiches” in either an 8ounce or 12ounce size. Costs range from $5.00 - $7.00 per plate or sandwich.
